The control unit powers on, but the machine is incomplete and cannot be fully operated or tested. The removable gear pump, dispensing nozzle, product hoses, and related sanitary fittings are missing. Includes only the components shown in the photos. Sold as-is for parts, repair, or completion.
DESCRIPTION:
Aesus AESFill AF1-C “LittleFiller” liquid-filling machine control unit with guarded foot pedal and power cord.
IMPORTANT — INCOMPLETE MACHINE:
This unit is not a complete operational liquid-filling system. The electronic control unit powers on, but a complete filling cycle has not been tested.
Known missing components include:
• Aesus 12 L/min stainless-steel AESPump/gear-pump assembly
• Pneumatic no-drip dispensing valve/nozzle
• Product inlet hose
• Pump-to-nozzle outlet hose
• Required sanitary Tri-Clamp clamps, gaskets, and related fittings
The curved nozzle support bar, pump drive connection, pneumatic controls, guarded foot pedal, and power cord are present as photographed.
A replacement pump, nozzle, hoses, and fittings must be obtained and installed before this unit can perform liquid-filling operations.
