Pre-owned industrial tooling with scratches, machining residue, staining, surface oxidation, and substantial heat discoloration from previous shrink-fit use. The installed carbide end mill also shows evidence of previous use.
The cutter’s manufacturer, exact diameter, coating, and remaining service life have not been verified. The holder has not been checked for runout.
