Techniks/SYIC extended-reach BT40 shrink-fit holder designed for cutting tools with a precise 3/16-inch shank. Part number 19020-6 provides a 6-inch projection for deep-pocket milling, mold work, horizontal machining, and other difficult-to-reach applications.
Shrink-fit clamping provides rigid and concentric tool retention without using a conventional collet or side-lock screw. The holder is balanced to G2.5 at 25,000 RPM and rated for maximum runout of 0.0001 inch.
An unidentified carbide ball-nose-style end mill and BT40 retention knob are installed and included as pictured.

Pre-owned industrial tooling with scratches, machining residue, staining, and substantial heat discoloration around the shrink-fit nose from previous use. The installed cutting tool also shows evidence of prior use.
