Please note, this panel uses RCA standard Jacks, NOT WECO. The primary, and significant difference is that the Center pin size on the RCA connectors is .070" compared to the .090" diameter of the WECO plugs. In addition, the RCA jacks are 50Ω not 75Ω. RCA jacks are not compatible with WECO systems.
